❖ Current lease effective date for lease between LAPS & Windgate: January 1, 2025 with a term of two years 
and three one year extension options.
❖ Current lease is for Suite Q2: 1,339 square feet of office space
❖ Windgate desires to exit their lease by October 31, 2026, two months before the term date.
